Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective October 31, 2023, and as determined as of October 26, 2023, James J. Tastard is leaving his employment with Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation (the “Company”). Mr. Tastard has served as the Chief Human Resources and Administrative Officer of the Company since October 1, 2020.
